Make it a criminal offence for any State or school district to legislate or execute mechanisms to enable withholding of salary for K-12 teachers.
The teacher blame game for student performance is a shameful shield for administrators who are devoid of vision, imagination and erudition. The assault on teacher salary is analogous to President Obama blaming the soldier on the ground for our failure to curb insurgents.
The deplorable state of public education is largely due to paper-pushing bureaucrats from the education school "mills" generating hollow buzz words to placate the lowest common denominators. Superintendents without academic rigor only favor the shoddy and second grade masquerading as good enough.
