Introduction: Statement of Problem
My life is currently being interfered with in the following ways: I am being followed, my land line, cell phones tapped and controlled including calls in and out, my computer is being hacked, controlled and my accounts and access to outside points of contact are being controlled and limited by “man-in-the-middle” techniques. My home is under constant video surveillance and bugged. We are also being attacked using electronic harassment techniques, microwave…our experiences wife fainting, nausea, tinnitus, and heart palpitations….tension that won’t let up.
