Talk to Congress about our Military Pay. Junior Enlisted are barely making it. Our Military needs a higher pay raise.

As a Junior female Enlisted in the United States Army, I am barely making it monthly with child care costs, housing, and buying the necessary needs to maintain a household of 4 children; I love serving my country but somethimes living month to month is a heartbreaker. Instead of allowing Congress to decide our pay raise, our Obama Administration should be able to decide for our pay raise, and raise our percentage tile to a 7%.
