Talk to the school districts about having a class on coping with bullying and stress.

Created by B.C. on February 04, 2014

Being harassed in schools won't stop anytime soon, and it doesn't end when you graduate. I think that there should be an actual class in school dedicated to helping kids cope with everyday stress and harassment, so not only will they be able to deal with bullies when they are adolescents but also when they get into the work force and have to deal with angry customers, not to mention all of the so called “trolls” or online bullies.

The class could show kids how to reach out to people that can help; parents, counselors, and friends. It could demonstrate ways to keep calm, (visualization, counting, etc…)

If we can get something like this into the school system, hopefully kids won’t feel like they have to go to extreme measures to end the bullying.
