As a young woman, the media influences the image of being golden bronze. Obama has recently passed a law forbidding minors under the age of 18 to tan in the United States. I find it puzzling that minors can get an abortion, but cannot tan. I find it unfair and unjust. To get an abortion, you can be any age and do not even need parent consent. To tan in the Untied States, you need to be over the age of 18. I would like to see some revision in the law of tanning in the tanning bed. Parent consent should be required for minors under age 18 to tan.
