We the People request President Obama to task the Department of Justice to conduct a thorough investigation of the incident involving a police officer on June 5, 2015 in McKinney, Texas. The officer's actions in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tBHpNA-BQ-8) raise questions on the ethics and professional conduct of the officer in the video. The officer can be seen using excessive force on a teenaged female, as well as drawing firearms against two teenaged males. It is possible from the footage that this officer violated the civil rights of the individuals and prompts questions as to whether cruel, unusual, and excessive force was used against the teenaged individuals. We the People request a fair investigation to assess whether the officer overstepped his authority.
