Task the DOJ to investigate the UNC Chapel Hill police department and Orange County District Attorneys office for the inadequate and willfully procrastinated prosecution of the rapist of Delaney Robinson. This will be the second time this year that a rapist will receive a minimalistic offer from a disingenuous state authority for a student athlete.
