Task our states to create a new government body tasked with policing state, city, and federal law enforcement officials.

It is necessary to enforce more strict evaluations for city, state, and federal law enforcement officials and to train non-lethal pacification techniques to prevent further bloodshed at the hands of the entity which is supposed to protect us. It is also necessary to better watch these officials with automated surveillance equipped to officers' weapons, more attached to their vehicles, and attached to the chest. Officers involved in shootings need to be immediately placed on leave and to be in a 90 day minimum psychiatric reevaluation and each shooting incident to be under immediate investigation by a newly created state department.
