Tax alert to other departments

When a United States citizen files their taxes their income alerts the IRS to the citizen's qualifications for other government programs and forwards all necessary income documents to those departments, as well as triggering other departments to forward information needed to those departments, thus saving the citizen taxpayer from having to go to several different offices seeking assistance and getting none. The government programs include all services covered under all programs created to end poverty in America and to aid those living in poverty. This would be a larger step toward ending poverty in America, and making every Citizen of the USA able to access every program they need without tons of red tape stopping them at every turn.
