Tax all income equally (wages, dividends, capital gains, & inheritance)

For tax fairness, the USG shall tax all income (with some exclusions) at equal rates. Wages, interest, dividends, capital gains (excluding one's home to a set amount), and inheritance (excluding the 1st $2 million) shall be taxed on a single schedule establish by Congress. Congress shall also establish a maximum deduction/tax credit amount for individuals and 2X amount for marrieds filing joint returns.
