Tax all U.S. billionaires in 2013 a one-time 10% tax on their net worth. It will be called the Buffett rule.

Created by S.O. on November 12, 2012

Warren Buffett and other billionaires claim to want to help reduce the U.S. debt. However, raising tax rates on the general public only solidifies their standing as the wealthiest people in the country, if not the world. The rise in taxes will only make it harder for others to achieve substantial wealth, while the billionaires have already done so. It is time for these people who are wealthy enough for themselves and their heirs to live opulently for dozens of generations, to give back to the country that allowed them to be so successful. America can handle it's billionaires becoming 10% less wealthy. However, we are finished listening to this disingenuous group claiming they want to help pay down the debt. Here is their chance to do it.
