Tax American Consumer's, American Seller's and American Mfg. for all products sold in the USA yet made elsewhere.

Created by J.L. on September 30, 2011

We as American's have to take some responsibility for the loss of decent jobs here in the USA.
We are to willing to shop at Wal-Mart,Target etc, for the best deal.
We are asking for a penny, one cent, per entity that is gaining from not Mfg in America, not selling Made in the USA items, and unfortunately Consumer's who because of the power of the former two find themselves forced to seek the "best deal".
A total of 3 cents to be added at the sellers point, and collected from them as items are sold, we include items bought through catalogs and over the internet.
The funds collected to be used to create good jobs, to invest in America.
Of course there would be exemptions, common sense must be used.
Tax may be the wrong word lets call it a donation to the 1 in 4 living in poverty now.
