America has provided its citizens with so much freedom without education for it's responsible use. The freedom to own a hand gun gives its user the power to end a life - permanently. Many other items abused by the user can just as well end a life. But nothing seems more easily and effectively available to end life quicker than pulling a trigger on a gun. Inhaling of burnt tobacco over prolonged periods of time have taken out many citizens. The over consumption of alcohol has taken many under. What solutions were enacted to curtail the effects of these abuses? Although the abuses continue, the effects were decreased by taxing the abused item. To cut to the chase, authorities need to propose and enact a significant tax on all ammunition to cover the cost of pain and suffering inflicted.
