Although the jury is still out so far on how well taxed and structured RECREATIONAL marijuana sales, most states are jumping on board with the success and well documented benefits of MEDICAL marijuana.
Although a lot of states already have these laws in place and the D.O.J (Department of Justice) has said that they will not intrude on their state laws as long as they are well regulated, the thing they forget is the MILLIONS of Americans on Medicare/Medicaid that are not eligible because it is still Federally illegal.
These disabled, elderly, sick people can benefit from the uses of marijuana.
-Arthritis
-Cancer
-Aids
-Epilepsy etc.
So please sign the petition and make it legal on a Federal level so Medicare/Medicaid patients can also have a little bit of ease and comfort.
