A staggering amount of citizens have made a mistake in their past that they wish they could do over. Most of these people, like myself, are not bad people. Since our mistake we have made significant changes in our lives like getting an education and making better choices in life. We deserve a chance to prove we are productive parts of society, but we are not given a chance my most employers. If employers have incentives to hire than the choice is still thiers to make. This will reduce the recidivism rate and lower the population of inmates in our prison system. Also, this will no doubt lower the unemployment rate as well, thus promoting the economy.
