This petition is proposed as an alternative to taxing small business owners. Business owners are the lifeline of the US economy. They create jobs for millions of Americans. Taxing them discourages expansion and actually promotes downsizing. Owners control how much they make and make cuts necessary to keep their profit the same no matter how much they are taxed.
Offer tax cuts to businesses and their owners for keeping their entire business internal to the US. No outsourcing of jobs or manufacturing will be allowed. In addition to this, quadruple taxes or more on businesses and their owners that do outsource jobs and manufacturing overseas. Also, tax them for importing those goods back into the US.
One last thing as well. Eliminate taxes on all things completely make in the US.
