Tax capital gains at a higher rate than actual labor. This petition is designed to ensure that Americans are not punished for actual work while others are rewarded for not-work (investments). We need higher taxes on capital gains-- it is outrageous and inhuman for rich investors and investment professionals to gain while working Americans lose to point of poverty.
