tax churches like any other business, or at least come up with a tax that is specific to churhces.

Since we are so far in debt, why not tax the churches to help gain some of our economy back. We all see people consistently taking advantage of buying things in their churches name so they can write off the tax EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE PURCHASING PERSONAL ITEMS. Chuches have been getting away with this for far too long now!!! It's not fair to normal tax-paying citizens. Not everyone believes in religion, yet they get the biggest break of all. It's time to wise up and start pulling from places that can afford a tax, instead of taxing the people that can barely afford it.
