It is time to stick to having a separation of church and state. If religious institutions want to get involved in politics they should be paying their fair share in taxes. The money gained by this can be given to several deserving organizations such as NASA, used to promote green energy, help the homeless, or other good/research causes.
This includes hateful organizations like the Westboro Baptist Church, and all other churches who seek to force their religious bias on voters.
