Raise tax on those companies that sent manufacturing jobs overseas, (with the knowledge that if these jobs are brought back to America they will receive a tremendous corporate tax break)or(incentive).The normal w/holding taxes on these new or rehires should start an economic upswing.Also same or similar tax incentives for new large (100 new jobs for USA) give or take.
