Tax credits for poor and poverty families instead of rich and middle class

You always hear everyone in our government- i.e, politicians and president/s, presidential candidates say "If elected i promise to look after our middle class people and rich class, giving them tax breaks ect. ect, we NEVER hear "look after our poor and poverty people/families" People who work hard each and every day and have nothing to show for it because after their primary bills / if they can even pay their primary bills, they are left with nothing. Living one pay check away from being homeless. Please sign this petition and let our Leaders know we care about ALL our People through out this wonderful land known as the United States of America, and lets stop watching the rich get richer, while everyone else gets poorer. If your income is less than 30k, this is for you my friends. :)
