72 million were born between 1946 to 1964 in the United States. Help individuals provide for retirement, affordable housing, and preventive health care a tax provision be developed to help.This will help those aging especially those in lower to middle class status to recoup, replenish and rebuild thier individual retirement savings. It will also help avoid drain on system in the future and the burden to be placed on our children and our childrens children of high taxation orhaving to assist us in our monetary matters. Ideas: Tax credit of $3000 to employer for hiring a 45 or older person and $1000 credit to the individual. Formation of a Housing group specifically for affordable housing for rise in aging population. Standard deduction policy raised for those age 45 and older.
