Tax the eletric companies heavily if they are not "Green".

i am just a 15 year old teen from a big city in new york. But i sure do know enough to knoww that these days we do need to "Go Green" and save our world from global warming.
I belive that if every eletric company went green it would slow down our economy just a little bit but later would boost our economy. Why you may ask, because then we could save because if our energy is reusable then their would be no cost (besides maintainance) to get the electricity.
So could we please have 25,000 signatures and turn our country "green" I would be greatly appreciated put away the fact that it will cost a little bit of money and turn our country "green"
If the eletric company does not want to go green then DOUBLE the federal tax amount on them so that they pay double.
