Any formal or informal public venue, such as school, church, library, restaurant, or movie theatre, should have the ablity to obtain a grant from the federal government to hire well qualified armed guard/s. This grant shall be funded by a tax on all firearms and ammunition sales. The tax should be of a sufficient amount that fully funds any and all requests.
