HELP THE ECONOMY. INCREASE PERSONAL SPENDABLE INCOME. NO NEW DEBT!
I, the undersigned, petition the Government to let Citizens who own a retirement or investment account to withdraw up to $50,000 to use for any legal purpose untaxed by the U. S. Government subject to the following stipulations:
1. This program includes but is not limited to the IRA, 401(K), 403(B), or 357 salary reduction plans. (Meant to be all-inclusive.)
2. For employer plans this program only includes funds that are vested to the employee at the time of withdrawal.
3. Withdrawal is a one-time lump sum payment made within 120 days after the effective date of this law. Effective immediately upon passage.
4. Withdrawal may be made by the owner regardless of age with no penalty.
