Tax "Hedge Fund type" carried interest

Created by K.S. on March 02, 2013

Wall Street has become more volatile and casino like because of hedge funds. Investors in these funds don't pay regular taxes on their short term earnings. Instead, they hide their speculative income under the term "carried interest" which is taxed at a low rate.
This is not fair to regular investors nor tax payers.
