Tax the high income of professional athletes to support military budget and NASA programs.

I believe the incredibly high wages professional athletes is undue, considering the relatively low amount of money that is allowed to go toward both military soldiers, marines, seamen, and airmen. I also believe that a tax on these high wages would allow further development into more advanced space travel, which could potentially lead to extraterrestrial colonization, thus ending the issue of over-population that has run rampant in many places on Earth.
