1) Lobbying various offices of the legislative branch of federal and state governments, and using subsidiary organizations and creative accounting to make it appear as if their expenditures do not exceed the limits set forth by the IRS.
2)Employing & funding individuals and organizations devoted to domestic terrorism
3)Making fraudulent statements in their efforts to solicit donations, including, but not limited to, leading the general population to believe that they operate pet shelters.
4)Misappropriating funds that were donated by unwitting citizens who were led to believe that said funds would be earmarked for certain purposes.
