A tax incentive for employers who offer FT employment & provide health ins instead of cutting hours to skirt the law.

Due to the language in the ACA, many employers are cutting hours in order to avoid providing health insurance to employees. A tax incentive to small businesses to maintain FT hours would help cut their costs of providing employer contributions for health insurance & provide financial assistance to employees obtaining health coverage. Rather than re-working the language or repealing this part of ACA, a tax incentive would be a more efficient & effective remedy to this loophole.
