Tax incentive for law abiding, responsible gun owners.

While the focus of the recent Executive Orders have been to assist keeping firearms out of the hands of those under disability, we know that legal sales to these people only account for a small number of firearms getting into the hands of those who are not suppose to possess them. The criminal element will not follow laws and to assist law abiding citizens who at keeping these from being unlawfully taken from them by said criminals we propose a tax incentive or stimulus package to assist law abiding firearm owners to purchase gun safes or other government approved locking devices to keep guns secured on their own property. This would serve dual purpose to keep the firearms secure from the criminal element and stimulate the economy by boosting sales of American made safes.
