tax increase on rich people should be done with intelligent approach

Mr President, you have indicated to increase taxes on the rich people. Wealth itself is not evil and being wealthy is not a crime. Therefore, an across the board tax increase is not justified. There are plenty of wealthy people who are already contributing large amounts for public welfare like Bill Gates and other people in their group. These are people who bring jobs by increased industry and trade activity. And increased taxes will cut down on their ability for job creation which will be more harmful to the public than a few million dollar taxes collected from them.
We therefore, urge you to increase taxes selectively on money spent on luxuries like purchase and use of private jets, luxury cars, high end jewelry, high end accommodations etc that do not bring any benefit to general public
