Tax individual political contributions exceeding $1000.00 a year.

Created by J.S. on December 08, 2012

Whereas the highest court in the land has deemed that corporations are not to be denied free speech,
the legislative branch of government must deem that no voice shall be shouted down.

All individuals are to be allowed to contribute to any political cause, to whatever extent they deem fit.
All individuals who exceed $1000.00 in political contributions over the course of one calendar year shall
be taxed at the rate of %100 for any dollar that exceeds $1000.00.

In an effort to encourage participation in government at all levels, an individual tax exemption may be claimed on
contributions up to, but not exceeding $1000.00 in a calendar year.
