tax large co operations who place jobs overseas, but sell in America.

America is basically being destructed from the inside out by those in position to make decisions and often those decisions are based on those who have the voice to be heard, which has normally been the rich. America needs to pass a bill which charges American companies or I should say taxer them at a higher rate for transferring jobs overseas. The tax should be a percentage higher if they sale the products state side and higher if outside the US as well. As jobs are moved, who can afford services of any kind and no one is spending and the rich or hoarding.
