Please tax marijuana and treat it like alcohol. There would be a very large amount of money to the government. Alcohol is the biggest killer in this country. The simple possesion of marijuana should not be a jalling ofence in tnis time in America. The country needs the money and the DEA could be cut and used for something else.
The war on drugs has been a total failure in this country. This is like probation in our early history. Just look at the crime rate during this time. And look at the crime rate today.
