Initiating a high tax penalty for media networks for displaying violent programming as well as reality shows could help curb violence/ and senseless programming. Give these companies a tax break for educational programming. Television has become increasingly violent as well as just plain stupid. Lets try to increase intelligence of the average American by removing this garbage from t.v. and replace it with educational and intellectual programs!
