Permanently eliminate all non-profit tax-exempt status and implement a fair share income tax basis for deficit & revenue.
The intent of this tax proposal is to create a fair share tax system. Under current nonprofit tax law, billions of dollars is concealed/exempted thru these entities. These non-profit entities pay zero in taxes and the burden out weighs the benefit to our society.
All new tax revenue generated by this proposal is used strictly to pay down the deficit. Secondly, all surplus revenue be used strictly to create an emergency deficit reduction fund of 3% of budget expenses. All future revenue after deficit and emergency deficit reduction fund is created strictly used in domestic programs to improve social inequalities.
