We the people will exert our power over government by taxing Obama and staff for psychologically damaging the American public by inflicting a "govern through crisis" method in order to accomplish a political agenda.
Furthermore, we will tax all government workers for lack of performance and lack of curtesy towards a civilian tax payer.
All civilians will be provided with a ticketing book and will be provided a check funded through the budget of the government organization violating this law.
