We the undersigned urge the Federal government to ban the sale, trade or manufacture of lethal ammunition to private citizens and to take the necessary steps to ensure ordnance manufactures can convert their businesses to produce non-lethal ammunition such as plastic, rubber or cork. During the transition period we ask the Federal government to tax lethal ammunition so heavily that it becomes burdensome to purchase lethal ammunition and non-lethal ammunition becomes an economically viable replacement.
