Tax the Private Federal Reserve to balance the budget and pay off the national debt. Then abolish the institution.

The private Federal Reserve is unconstitional and should be taxed to recover monies stolen through inflation, the unconstitutional income tax and other unconstitutional acts against the American people. The Founders gave Congress the power in Article I, Section 8, Clause 5 to print the money without interest (USA notes) to be backed with silver or gold. Central banks are the root of all of our problems and should be the focus of national debate. Until the private Federal Reserve is abolished nothing else can be fixed.
