Tax Reform

Created by S.B. on December 04, 2013

The tax system in the United States is not morally right. The upper class continues to be rich while the poor remain poor. According to the IRS, 22,000 of households made more than $1 million in 2009 and paid less than 15% of their income in income taxes. And 1,470 managed to pay no federal income taxes on their million-dollar-plus incomes. This of course is not fair, anyone who does well for themselves should do their fair share in return, so that more people have the opportunity to get ahead not just a few. The Buffet rule needs to be enacted!
