Tax Social Security on paychecks, not when Senior Citizens have retired, and needed this money most. Prior to 1985, that is the way it had always been done. It would bring in more Cash Flow into Social Security through out the year.
Also, Most Definately, put Social Security BACK into its OWN TRUST FUND and OUT of the Governments GENERAL FUND. It would draw Interest constantly and strengthen our Social Security, for present and all future Generations.
LBJ and his Administration, Congress were the ones who changed the way our Social Security was saved and handled. NO Politician should be able to get into this Fund for any reason. That is not why people worked and payed into it for 50 years
