Tax stock transactions @ a penny a share to generate a new revenue stream from banks and brokers.

Created by J.Z. on October 26, 2011

In a continuing effort to regulate Wall Street and generate a "fair tax' on all open market trades, it would be appropriate to add a 1 cent tax for every share/option traded. People who make money with money can afford to pay a penny a share to speculate the stock market. The additional revenue would go a long way in helping to reduce our national debt without putting any burden on the average investor.
