Tax violent movies, television programs, and video games, for the benefit of Federal mental health programs

Encourage legislation in Congress (1) to rate domestically produced and imported movies, television programs, and video games, both single-user and MMO (massive multiplayer online) for violence and the use of weapons; (2) to tax the distributors of such entertainment on all profit made on movies, television programs, and video games with a violence rating above a legislated minimum; (3) to use the proceeds of this tax on violent entertainment for the benefit of Federal health programs and especially for Federal mental health programs.
