Abolish all income and payroll taxes and replace them with a tax on all assets in excess of 1 million dollars. This will encourage investment while stimulating the economy, putting dollars into the hands of middle and lower income folks creating a demand for more goods and services. This would also greatly reduce the complexity of the tax code and tax code enforcement.
