Tax elimination for all 100% SC veterans including their pensions and retirement funds. Create a fund for Vietnamese veterans to reward them for their service. Also allow Vietnamese veterans to receive health care at va facilities. They also served their country and came here with nothing. I sponsored 77 Vietnamese refugees from 1975 to 1985 and spent $100,000.00 of my own money to get them jobs, english classes, apartments, etc. It's about time they were rewarded for their service also.
