Tax the people who get well fare, the government taxes unemployment checks and social security checks, why not tax the well fare checks. Also cut the sectioin 8 payments, let the people on well fare start paying their own way with the well fare payments or get make them get a job. Make the well fare people start doing community service for their payments every month.
