For 99 percent of Americans introduce "A new Deal 2011": (1) Restore the Tax code and rates to that of 1972 with the exception that the marginal tax rates will be stated as mulitples of the minimum wage, e.g each 1000 times minimum wage (1000 x Minimum wage X n)(n X 0.10), where n is a number sharting at 1 for the lowest level of 10% and increasing to 9 for highest level of 90%.
(2) Economic, Remove the personal taxation on corporate dividends (shareholders) and place a 60% tax on corporate retained earnings not distributed to share holders, e.g. corporation "A" distributes 40% of its earnings after Taxes (EAT) to shareholds its tax on retained earnings is zero 0%, corporation "B" distributes zero 0% of its earnings after Taxes (EAT) to shareholders, its retanined earnings tax 60%.
