Taxation fairness for citizens, veterans, and seniors

Change Federal Tax laws as follows:
1. All Veterans who receive an Honorable Discharge from the Military or have received an Honorable Discharge from the military shall receive an automatic 10% reduction for any federal income tax each year. Any current member of the Military shall receive a 50% reduction for any federal income tax each year they are on active duty.
2. All citizens having any income shall pay FICA on all income from any source except Social Security or Pension funds.
3. All citizens having any income shall pay FICA on all income from any source except Social Security or Pension funds.
