The objective of the Timothy Caused Just-ICE (TCJ-ICE) Petition is to ensure that any/all institutional and organizational entities contact the loved ones of those that are held in their confines and under their jurisdiction. This means that when a child is under the supervision of any federal, state & local government, personal organization, school, tribal, any entity legally factored as an organization to include educational institutions or constituent(s); are held liable to secure and notify the next of kin, family, guardian, friends in the event of an emergency.
Contact must be made for whatever reasons! This information is provided on the Emergency Contact Intake form. If no form exist, then the organization should be required by law to have it in place.
