Teach basic US Law to children from the third grade to Senior year of High School. Include Dare Officers in program.

We are arresting citizens at alarming rates! As a nurse in Juvenile Hall there are so many young teenagers that do not know the difference between a felony and misdemeanor.We are wasting too much money on the criminal justice system. We need to focus on prevention. Educating children their legal responsibility! The Dare program can help teacher's. We need common cents/sense government.
